2025 MEMBERSHIP DUES RENEWAL PROCESS
Please use the following link to pay online. Once you login using your preferred email address (which is on the contact record) you will click on “My Renewal Notices” to access your renewal.
It is that wonderful time of the year – dues renewal season! As most of you are aware, the ADA recently launched a new database, and although we have been working on the transition for months, the process has been extremely difficult. We are bracing for some errors in the renewals and would like to ask each of you to please give us some grace.
THE RENEWAL INVOICES WILL BE EMAILED BY THE ADA AND SHOULD REACH YOUR INBOX IN THE NEAR FUTURE! PLEASE BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THE EMAIL!
- If you love technology, you will be glad to know that you can quickly pay your dues directly from the email by logging into the portal. If you have not updated your information and logged into the system, you will need to do that BEFORE you can pay the invoice. - If you prefer to send in a check, print off the invoice and send it with your check to the NDA office at 7160 South 29th Street, Suite 1, Lincoln, NE. 68516. You can also email the invoice with your payment information to jody@allophone.com or fax it to 402-476-2641.
- If you have retired, or plan to retire before March 1, 2025, the ADA does require that you fill out a retired affidavit. Please contact Jody at the NDA for more information and to obtain the form.
- If you have moved out of Nebraska, we can assist you with transferring your membership to the appropriate dental association. Please contact Jody at the NDA to start the process.
- For those of you that participated in the NDA prepaid dues program, unless you have heard from me to the contrary, or still have a remaining payment to be run, consider your 2025 membership dues paid in full. I will reach out to you individually with any updates.
