Lisa, Executive Director 

Lisa has 25 years of nonprofit and healthcare leadership experience, with expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, advocacy, and operations. She has held executive and development roles at CHI Health, Bright Lights, and the Alzheimer’s Association, leading initiatives in fundraising, community engagement, and program development. Her work across Nebraska has given her a broad perspective on healthcare and nonprofit needs statewide.

Originally from rural northeast Nebraska and now based in Lincoln, Lisa values both small-town and urban perspectives in building collaborative relationships. She is married to her husband Bryan and together they have three children—Ellaina (11) and twins Oliver and Madelyn (6). Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, has completed the CPA exam, and is pursuing a master’s in Healthcare Administration.

Jody, Executive Assistant

Jody has been with the NDA since April 2004, bringing over two decades of dedication and expertise to her role as Executive Assistant. Throughout her tenure, she has been involved in the association’s programs and services and enhancing the member experience.

Jody oversees the planning and execution of the NDA Annual Session, along with managing a variety of other administrative functions. Jody’s contributions span a wide range of initiatives, including membership recruitment and retention, and her work with the Early Career Dentist Council, which helps to cultivate leadership and engagement among emerging dental professionals.

Over the years, Jody has been involved in many collaborative efforts across departments, programs, and leadership teams, consistently working to advance the NDA’s mission and strengthen its community. Jody possesses a deep institutional knowledge and collaborative spirit and has been a trusted and steady presence within the NDA.

Outside of work, Jody enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and proudly supporting Nebraska volleyball as a season ticketholder for over 32 years.
