Lisa, Executive Director
Lisa serves as Executive Director of the Nebraska Dental Association, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the statewide organization. In her role, she works closely with the NDA Board of Trustees, House of Delegates, members, and external partners to advance the Association’s strategic priorities, strengthen member value, and support the future of dentistry in Nebraska.
Lisa brings nearly 25 years of experience in executive leadership, nonprofit management, healthcare, finance, fundraising, business development, and organizational operations. Prior to joining the NDA, she held leadership roles with Live On Nebraska and CHI Health, where her work focused on healthcare partnerships, strategic planning, relationship development, and organizational growth. She previously served as Executive Director of Bright Lights and held development leadership positions with the Alzheimer’s Association and American Lung Association.
Throughout her career, Lisa has worked extensively with boards, volunteers, community leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to strengthen organizations, develop strategic partnerships, and advance mission-driven initiatives.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with Distinction from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and completed the CPA examination through the Nebraska State Board of Public Accountancy. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration through Colorado State University Global.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running, reading, traveling, and listening to podcasts.
Erika, Associate Director 
Erika joined the Nebraska Dental Association as Associate Director in October 2026, bringing experience in association management, communications, member engagement, event planning, and organizational operations.
Prior to joining the NDA, Erika served as Executive Director of the Omaha District Dental Society, where she managed the day-to-day operations of the association, including member programs, continuing education, communications, events, sponsorships, and board and committee support. She also worked with the NDA as a communications contractor before joining the staff full time. Earlier in her career, Erika spent several years in higher education, including serving as Associate Director of Financial Aid Systems and Compliance at Metropolitan Community College.
Erika earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Education with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, graduating summa cum laude.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, trying new recipes, reading a good book, and drinking plenty of coffee. She can also be found hitting the trails training for her first half marathon—making running her favorite hobby to complain about.
