ADA Leadership Academy
The ADA has successfully secured 1,000 subscriptions to the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program through the newly launched ADA Leadership Academy, powered by Dale Carnegie. This initiative aims to help our members enhance their leadership, personal, and professional skills—qualities that are increasingly vital in today’s technology-driven landscape, where personal connections are essential for achieving success.
By developing leadership abilities and fostering stronger relationships, members can amplify their impact in all areas of their work—whether it’s leading their teams, connecting with patients, engaging with staff, or contributing to their local communities.
Key Program Details:
- Comprehensive Training: Participants will receive up to 30 hours of training, which includes both online, instructor-led sessions and on-demand courses. Members will have one year from their enrollment date to complete all 16 courses.
- Recognition: Upon completion, members will receive certificates and web badges that can be displayed on personal websites, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Enrollment Period: Members will have from November 1, 2024 - October 31, 2025 to enroll. Once enrolled, they will have one year to finish the program.
- Program Value: Each subscription is valued at up to $5,000, providing a substantial investment in each member’s leadership development.
The ADA is excited to collaborate with the NDA to identify 15 members in each state who would benefit from this exceptional opportunity. You can choose to offer this to current leaders seeking to enhance their skills or to prospective leaders and staff members eager for growth. The key is to select individuals who recognize the time commitment involved and are motivated to make the most of their subscription.
