NDA Payment Options:
- Check (payable to the NDA) for the full dues amount. Mail your check with your invoice to the NDA office at 7160 South 29th Street, Suite 1, Lincoln, NE. 68516.
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). Return invoice to the NDA office via mail; fax to 402-476-2641, or email to jody@allophone.com.
- Installment Payment Plan – Pay your dues in four equal installments. Installment payments must be set up online. Automatic credit card deductions will be made on or about 12-5-21; 1-5-22; 2-5-22; and 3-5-22. Dues must be paid in full by April 1, 2022.
Auto Renewal Program:
Don’t want to deal with your membership every year? We give you the ability to put your membership on cruise control by enrolling in membership auto renewal.
Auto renewal gives members a safe and convenient way to maintain membership and benefits by allowing your dues to be automatically renewed and paid with your credit card.
You may pay your dues in one lump sum payment or select a four month installment plan starting in December and continuing through March. The auto renewal program will process continuously from year to year until a member asks that the auto renewal payment stop. There are no additional fees for any payment method.
No refunds will be provided for cancelled memberships. By enrolling in a membership, the “membership year” spans a calendar year from January to December and not a 12-month period from the date of enrollment. If plan payments are cancelled before dues are paid in full for the current year, membership will be cancelled and all benefits will cease.
