“Making Grants and Making a Difference”
The Nebraska Dental Foundation is growing and becoming more active by issuing grants and “making a difference.” Contributions to the Foundation help support a variety of programs. To raise awareness for the Foundation, we added a line item to the dues invoices giving each member the option of voluntarily contributing $50.00 to the Foundation
Before the Foundation can really begin to make a difference, we need ALL of our members to get involved by making a contribution to the Foundation. Contributions can be in the form of cash, securities or testamentary bequests (memorial gifts will be acknowledged).
CONTRIBUTING DONOR: Up to $99
SUSTAINING DONOR: $100
SILVER DONOR: $500
GOLD DONOR: $1,000
BENEFACTOR: $5,000
* TAX DEDUCTIBLE - All gifts are tax deductible under Sec. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
Contributions should be made payable to the “Nebraska Dental Foundation” and forwarded to the NDA office at 3120 O Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68510.

Grant applications are due twice a year (by March 15 and September 15) and reviewed within 45 days of receipt
